With a strong eye for detail, Viola supports cleaning operations, quality checks and the wider cleaning team to help maintain consistency across every service.

Linda — Customer Care & Cleaning Coordinator
Linda is the Customer Care and Cleaning Coordinator at Apex Glow Cleaning. She plays a key role in making sure customers receive a friendly, organised and professional experience from their first enquiry through to the completion of their cleaning service.
Linda helps coordinate bookings, understand individual customer requirements and communicate these clearly with the cleaning team. She also supports the smooth running of day-to-day cleaning services and helps ensure customers receive the reliable and personalised service they expect from Apex Glow.

Megan — Inventory & Supplies Manager
Megan is responsible for making sure the Apex Glow Cleaning team has the right products, equipment and supplies needed to deliver a reliable and consistently high-quality service.
She manages stock levels, monitors cleaning materials, coordinates equipment and works with trusted suppliers to ensure the team is fully prepared for each job. Megan also supports the safe storage and organisation of essential cleaning products, helping day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Highly organised and attentive to detail, Megan plays an important behind-the-scenes role in maintaining service standards and preventing delays. Her work helps the cleaning team stay focused on what matters most, delivering professional, dependable results for every customer.

Sophie — Training & Standards Manager
Sophie is responsible for supporting the development of the Apex Glow Cleaning team and helping ensure that every service is delivered to a consistently high professional standard.
She leads staff induction, practical training and ongoing development, helping team members build the skills, confidence and knowledge they need to provide excellent cleaning services. Sophie also supports the implementation of clear working procedures, safe cleaning practices and consistent service expectations across the business.
With a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement, Sophie regularly reviews standards, identifies opportunities for development and helps ensure that every member of the team understands the level of care, professionalism and attention to detail expected by Apex Glow Cleaning.
